This is a tailblazer. This is made by Kisan Electronics and is designed to flash the high mount brake light on 2018-2021 Goldwing Tour models equipped with the Hondaline luggage rack. 25LED-D4 Dual function - tail light and brake light Perfect for the High-mount LED bar Plug-in installation under the seat 25LED-D4 25LED-D4 unit is designed for 2018 and newer Goldwing models.   25LED-D4 is totally plug-n-play.  25LED-D4 fits under right rail of the seat.  25LED-D4 is installed in-line with matching 4-pin connectors of the high-mount LED and trunk light harness. It is designed for the factory high-mount tail bar. All that's required is to unplug the connectors and insert the matching plugs of the 25LED-D4 tailBlazer.
