Lincoln® POWER MIG® 256 MIG Welder (208/230) K3068-1The Lincoln® POWER MIG® 256 is a 250 amp MIG welder that delivers outstanding results in light industrial MIG and flux-cored welding applications. The 256 features Diamond Core Technology™ which supplies a smooth, stable arc in all welding positions, while reducing spatter. Digital meters display voltage and wire feed speed. Welding parameters are easy to customize with infinite voltage and wire feed speed adjustments. Spot time, Run-in and Burnback controls are also standard on this welder.The POWER MIG 256 comes with Lincoln's MAXTRAC® cast aluminum 2-roll wire feed system. The wire drive turns both drive rolls for consistent welding wire feeding without "bird nesting." The 15 foot Magnum® PRO MIG gun comes with long-life Copper Plus™ contact tips and Magnum® PRO parts.The POWER MIG 256 performs MIG and Flux-Cored welding. It has built in spool gun circuitry, for quality aluminum MIG welds using the OPTIONAL Magnum® 250LX spool gun.
