The medi Big Butler handles are 18" high, with a 6-inch opening designed to accommodate larger calfs and extra wide stockings. Stretch the stocking over the semi-circle center frame-to the heel. With the heel of the stocking pointing towards you, from a secure sitting position, step into the stocking until your foot is on the floor, then gently pull the butler up by the handles, without overstretching the stocking.
