Luminous Light Blue on Navy Little Mountain Chippendale Pillow/Cushion

From my hand illustrated Little Mountain collection, this Chippendale rail design is modeled after the railings that surround the terrace a top Thomas Jefferson's home in Charlottesville, VA. The luminous quality of the light blue against the navy is one that is difficult to attain but is so pretty in this pattern. Zoom in to see the brush strokes.
