CLASS AT OTAKON // Intro to Soldering

Location: Otakon 2025 - Walter E. Washington Room 144B - Workshop Room Class Length: 1.5 hours Ever wondered how to get costumes or props to light up? In this course, we'll explore the tools and techniques needed to perfect soldering and electrical rigging. We'll learn the basics of working with a soldering iron and spend time practicing our technique with LED strip lights and diodes. Students will leave the class with a completed light up project of their own creation.
