These can be made several ways. You can use Non Fraying fabric like felt or vinyl. You can embroider directly on the paper too! To make just a wrap sign follow these steps. First Step is a placement step. Run That on your stabilizer.  Step 2 on the machine is another step same as the first step. If you choose to add ribbon or elastic tape  do that now by taping it to where you want it to go. Be sure to have the elastic or ribbon out of the path of the stitching area. Once those are secure you place your vinyl or felt over the entire placement design. Run the fun design. During this time
