We took away all the ‘fat’ of the standard aftermarket side cover and left the function. The true art of any mechanical part is the function. We sucked the side cover up to the bearing door as much as possible by utilizing aerospace derived hydraulic ball plugs, that enabled the bleeder screw and feed line ports to be right next to the gasket surface.
