REVOLT - DTM PRIMERS

REVOLT'S Primer is a two part direct to metal high build 72% solids primer.   It is quick drying and easy to sand and can be applied to properly prepared steel, aluminum, fiberglass and existing coatings in sound condition. Revolt's Primer comes in 4 shades 223-10 GRAY, 223-20 BLACK, 223-30 WHITE, 223-40 BRIGHT RED Revolt DTM High Build Primer may be applied over the following:• Fully cured, cleaned and sanded OEM and refinish paints, bare steel, aluminum and fiberglass substrates. Mix Ratio: 4:1 with 223-45 primer hardener as a very high build primer. (2.0+ Tip recommended) 4:1:1 with 223-45 primer hardener & urethane reducer a high build primer (1.8-2.0+ tip recommended) **AS A SEALER - 4:1:2 with 223-45 primer hardener & urethane reducer (1.3-1.4 tip recommended) Mix Ratio: 4:1 223 DTM Primer with 223-45 (4 primer 1 hardener) Expect as much as 9 mils in 3 coats  4:1:1 Traditional build with 223-45 hardener & Revolt 380 series reducer (4 primer 1 hardener 1 reducer )
