Kids Wheel Class February (Ages 8-12)

During this class, participants will have the unique opportunity to experience the thrill of working with a pottery wheel. Our experienced and friendly instructor will be there every step of the way, making sure everyone feels confident and excited to dive into the world of the pottery wheel. This class is not about creating a finished product to take home; rather, it's focused on exploration, experimentation, and learning. Each child will have the chance to try their hand at the pottery wheel, gaining valuable insight into the art of wheel throwing.  In this class, kids will: Learn how the pottery wheel works. Practice shaping and molding clay. Get creative with basic pottery techniques. Have fun experimenting with different forms. At the end of the class, participants will NOT be taking home any physical creations. they will depart with newfound knowledge, skills, and perhaps a newfound passion for pottery. Who knows?
