Angel's Nostrano Italian Salami, 5.5 oz

We chose to capture the flavors of Northern Italy using coarsely ground Berkshire pork, Black Peppercorn, and red wine.  Ingredients: Berkshire pork, sea salt, white wine, nonfat dry milk, flavors (including spices): organic dextrose, organic sugar, black peppercorns, ground white pepper, garlic, lactic acid starter culture. Stuffed in pork or beef casing. CONTAINS: MILK One stick is approximately 5.5 oz.
