Kale- Dazzling Blue OG

Brassica olerecea  Dazzling Blue comes to us from Hank Keogh of Avoca Seeds in OR.  I met him at an Organic Seed Alliance conference and was excited to share my love of this kale with him.  In the last few years, it has quickly become a household name and I now even see it in Burpee catalogs at the library! I was  first introduced to Dazzling Blue at a Cooperative farm I participated in.  After participating in NOVIC trials for kale, Dazzling was selected for its extraordinary vigor, leaf size and gorgeous colors.  It's here to stay for sure!
