Capsicum annum This pepper is amazing! It is a delicious large Hungarian hot pepper that brings a good heat, but not stinging! This is an heirloom from the Beaver Dam,WI area that came over with the Joe Huseli family. It likes to uniformly and prolifically set large fruit once or twice followed by smaller peppers. It would make a nice addition to any CSA box. We love it stuffed, stirred fried, and roasted and froze for winter soups & cornbread.
