The CT Sounds TROPO-2X8D4 is a pre-loaded dual 8” ported car subwoofer box that takes the guesswork out of finding the perfect subwoofers and enclosure for your system. The bass package features two of our TROPO-8-D4 800-watt max power 8-inch car subwoofers which come pre-installed flush into the 1.25” front baffle using claw nuts and fasteners ensuring an air-tight seal. Additionally, the dual 4-ohm subwoofers are pre-wired inside the enclosure using 12 gauge ofc wire for a 1-ohm final impedance at the terminal cup. This is a true plug-n-play offering - simply run a +/- wire from the terminal cup to the +/- speaker terminals of your amplifier. The unique high-performance kerf-port, typically only seen in custom enclosures, allows the air pressure to exit smoothly and quickly creating extreme levels of responsive bass output.
