Large Ruby Fuchsite and Kyanite Sphere Nearly 5lbs

This is a beautiful, large, high quality, polished Ruby Fuchsite with Kyanite, almost 5 pound sphere, displaying a widespread dispersion of intense red and red-violet rubies all around the gorgeous green colors of the fuchsite with Kyanite surrounding some of the Ruby.   Measures 111mm or 4.38" weighs 2.25 kilograms or 4.96 pounds!   The rubies in this sphere fluoresce a beautiful, bright hot pink under UV light.  Source / location: This polished sphere is from the Madikeri area, Kodagu District, Karnataka, India. * The area of this sphere that includes a red-brown color is a mix of hematite and iron oxide.
