These wire wrapped gemstone point pendants are perfect for every day wear.  These beautiful gemstone pendants are wire wrapped in a sterling silver coil. They measure between 3 to 5 cm in length including the bail.  This gemstone point pendant comes in a variety of stones, including selenite, tiger's eye, bloodstone, and sodalite.  Bloodstone is a variety of jasper or chalcedony and is a 7 on the Mohs scale for hardness. The "classic" bloodstone, is green jasper with red inclusions of hematite, are supposed to resemble spots of blood. Metaphysically, Bloodstone is thought to cleanse energy, help in purification, and aid in soothing of emotions. Selenite is a variety of the mineral gypsum and is very soft, coming in at a 2 on the Mohs scale for hardness. Selenite contains no significant selenium; the similarity of names comes from both substances being named from the Ancient Greek word for the moon. Metaphysically, Selenite is commonly utilized as a way to cleanse the body, mind and spi
