This single-origin bar is made using premium cacao beans, sourced directly from our partner farm in Ecuador. To create the Nibs & Sea Salt bar, we began with the base of our award-winning 73% dark chocolate bar, studded it with roasted cacao nibs, then added a twinkling of sea salt.   The nibs (the pieces of cocoa bean which become chocolate) provide a delightful, nut-like taste and crunch while a hint of sea salt helps reduce the sharpness.
