Summer squeeze bottle

Darker and sweeter than our spring honey, summer honey is made from American Linden, Clover, birdsfoot trefoil, and other summer wildflowers. The wide range of floral sources provides a full bodied, sweet, traditional honey flavor.  This honey is great for baking/cooking as all of the summer honey flavors will come through in the final dish more so than in our spring honey.  If your honey starts to crystalize/solidify, gently warm it in a bowl of water and it will turn to liquid.
