Sourdough Class

Transform your kitchen into a bakery and embark on a delicious journey of discovery with our "Sourdough Basics: In-Home Baking Class." Uncover the art and science of sourdough breadmaking right in the comfort of your own home, as we guide you through the fundamentals of this timeless craft. This is a two hour long class and at the end of class you will go home with your own starter to continue nurturing along with sourdough to bake at home and a finished sourdough product. When checking out, please select the type of sourdough you are interested in mixing up and taking to bake at home. The options are Sourdough Sandwich Bread or Sourdough Cinnamon Swirl Bread and will be offered at different times.  It's important to note that in a 2-hour class, the instruction may be more condensed, and there may be limited time for hands-on practice.
