Altered Object (6/18 Workshop)

Let’s create something extraordinary. Combining techniques in collage, de-collage, assemblage and embellishments from a selection of books, boxes, tins, canvas and other non-traditional surfaces. Altering objects allows you to modify the dimensions of art in various degrees of texture, color and visual complexity. In this workshop we will explore the creative process of upcycling by innovative means into a work of art. VET will provide a wide selection of objects and embellishments to create thought-provoking Altered Book, Tin Shrine or Assemblage Box.  $25 - Supply fee included in registration
