First a layer of Fine Silver is applied then a clear enamel coating is baked on. It is non-tarnishing and perfect for light to medium duty projects. The temper is about 1/4 hard. It is available in 18, 20, 22 and 24 gauge. NON TARNISH BRASS The base metal is brass so this has a nice substantial weight. It is non-tarnishing and perfect for light to medium duty projects. We rate this wire to be half hard in temper and it is available in 18, 20, 22 and 24 gauge. NON TARNISH COPPER Also called "Natural", the base metal is copper. A clear enamel coating is baked on. It is non-tarnishing and perfect for light to medium duty projects. The temper is about 1/4 hard. It is available in 20 gauge. ANTIQUE BRASS COLOR This is a good match for antique gold and antique bronze findings. It is a copper base wire with an antique brass colored coating. It is finished with a clear enamel coating and is available in 18, 20, 22 and 24 gauge. It is dead soft in temper. NON TARNISH ROSE GOLD COLOR The base metal is copper. First a layer of fine silver is applied followed by a layer or rose gold color. It is finished with a clear enamel coating. It is about 1/4 hard in temper and is available in 18 and 20 gauge. STAINLESS STEEL This wire is solid stainless steel and does not have any plating or coating. It is great for a wide variety of projects and will not tarnish, chip or wear. It has a bright grey/silver tone and is available in 18, 20, 22 and 24 gauge. It is about 1/2 hard in temper.
