Make sure you put order number on the email please.  IMAGES MUST BE PRINT READY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOW RESOLUTION, DARK COLORS, GRAINY ETC. WE PRINT AS WE ARE SENT, WE DO NOT ALTER PHOTOS. WE ARE NOT COMFORTABLE IN THAT, IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE, THERE ARE DIGITAL CREATORS THAT COULD HELP!Different size quantity have different dimensions please remember to tell your customers that.  12 and 20 piece- 5.7x7.5 in 40 and 120 piece- 8x11in
