This listing is for a screen print transfer and garment displayed is not included.  Approximate size in inches: 11Lx 10W. These are suggested temperatures for a heat press not a cricut press.  1. Press garment prior placement of image to remove wrinkles. Suggest to use a lint roller to remove any dust.  2. Suggested temperature is 325F. 3. Press for 7 seconds. 4. Heavy Pressure, wait 3-4 seconds and peel. You do not need to use butcher paper. ****Transfers can be used on garments that are 100% cotton or Polyester, cotton/poly blends, and any color.  ****Colors and size will vary compared to this image mockup on this listing.  ****We are not responsible for any transfers that are pressed incorrectly.
