Tie-Up Vest-Small

The perfectly practical and stylish layering piece! The Tie-Up Vest can go over your favorite t-shirt or under your winter jacket! All completely on of a kind these beauties have binding all the way around and one front tie closure, measuring at 13in.  This quilt had a wide, solid purple border this was used for the center from of the vest. The rest of the quilt is made up of triangles of the same size-half are in a white with coral rose prints and the other a black and white stripe The binding and ties are in black.  Size:  Small Armpit to Armpit:  21" Base of neck to waist: 17" Waist: 49" Size Chart According to Pattern: XS: 2 Small: 6 Medium: 10 Large: 14 X-Large: 18 Care Instructions: Spot clean when possible.  Wash inside out with cold water and lay flat to dry.
