St Louis Arch from the Illinois River

I was on a cross country solo road trip from NYC to LA it took me a total of 5 days, as I stopped off in St Louis and saw some friends and family while I was there. A friend of mine and I went out to dinner and then were up until dawn shooting! We took some of the more regular pictures of the arch from across the Mississippi, in East St Louis. My friend had seen an old picture in a gift shop some years ago of the Arch in between two pillars and we went on a mission to find that same spot. While on the Illinois side of the river, the pillars were much smaller than the arch and the photos looked silly. It wasn't until we jumped a few fences near the old industrial dock yard, and I waded into the river that I found that perfect angle where the arch was the same as the pillars, and at around 4am...
