Eiffel Tower Inception
I shot this while touring Paris on foot at night with a good friend of mine. She lives in Florence, Italy and I hadn't seen her in years. We both happened to be in Paris at the same time. She's a world-class artist in her own right, and it was such a pleasure to get her take on capturing Paris. As we approached the Eiffel Tower, I saw this sight and immediately stopped. It was initially an awkward angle to capture as there were so many obstructions like cars, traffic signs etc, but as I pointed my ultra wide angle lens higher and higher, it made more and more sense.I nicknamed this one "Inception" from the naturally warped perspective I created in this shot where it almost appears as I'm pointing the camera straight up but at the same time the angle of the Eiffel Tower is of a normal perspective, so it's like two images were warped into one.But it's actually a single shot, with no zero digital trickery involved =)Lights on Eiffel Tower ©️TOUR EIFFEL – Illuminations PIERRE BIDEAU) When
