This adorable kit is made by Lolli & Grace. It includes all the materials you need to make a Modern Bouquet Heart (Pink) Wool Felt Ornament (except for the glue and scissors ). The patterns are pre-printed onto transfer material, so all you have to do is stick them on, cut them out and you are ready to start assembling these beautiful ornaments.
