Cognac produced by Maison Hardy in Cognac, France Produced from Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, and Colombard grapes Wine is twice distilled in Charentais copper pot stills Blend of eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne; aged separately by Maison Hardy and blended before bottling Aged 50 years in lightly toasted Limousin French oak barrels 40% ABV Noces d’Or Sublime is a floral cognac with notes of budding lilac. Its nose is well balanced and surprisingly pure. A lively alcohol onset gives freshness to its subtle taste of candied cherries. A wonderfully balanced cognac with fruity, flowery and very slightly woody notes.
