This is the replacement headgear for the Wisp Nasal Mask. The magnetic clips are not included.The headgear should be replaced every six months to avoid overtightening of the CPAP mask to the face, which causes discomfort. The available sizes are Standard and Large. If one of the following two circumstances apply, choose the LARGE HEADGEAR:Sizes: 17-inch neck or formal shirt collar, 7.25 or bigger hat size. Headgear clips are not included.
