Our Premium Pasture Raised Lard is used for cooking and known for its FLAVOR! We use this this place of butter or oil to compliment any dinner time dish or any dessert, pie crust or pastry. We sauté our veggies in it, all our meat. We use it to oil our pans or add some flavor to our dish. This is pure lard, no hidden ingredients, no substitutes, it’s real and it’s pure. While we have raised a variety of breeds over the years, we have settled on raising primarily Heritage Breeds including Red Wattle’s, Herefords, Berkshire, and Old Spot hogs, typically in a hybrid of those breeds.
