A Touch of Texture Towels

This weaving kit includes all the yarns needed to weave these Touch of Texture Towels that were designed by Tammy Bast, The Rogue Weaver. Create an interesting pattern using simple plain weave or for a more advanced project, weave up the version using 2 pick-up sticks to create just a little texture to make a bold statement. Weave structure: plain weave or texture weave Yarns: Aurora Earth 8/2 Cottons. Each kit comes with natural and the color of your choice. We can customize your kit with any of our Aurora Earth colors. Choose Your Own Color option is available in the drop-down menu. You can let us know what colors you'd like in the comment section of the shopping cart.  Equipment needed: rigid heddle loom; 20" weaving width; 10 dent reed; 1 shuttle; 2 pick-up sticks. Note: Extra yardage has been included in your kit to weave a 23" wide and longer version of these towels.  The pattern includes tips on adding the appropriate number of ends for a wider width and we suggest a 99" warp.
