Root Chakra Activation Intention This beautiful root chakra artwork was created to help evoke the grounding feelings of safety and security.   Muladhara. Root Chakra.  The root chakra is said to have developed from birth to age 7. This is the time of our lives when we cultivate the feelings of safety and connection to the earth.    Working with the root chakra:   Essential Oils: I felt called to use cardamom and sandalwood for the root chakra. The essences feels super grounding to me. Others may be clove, cassia, ginger, palo santo and cedar wood.    I want to connect to the earth energetically through my pelvic floor. I visualize roots growing in and around my womb, reaching out and digging deep into the earth. I visualize sitting in a bed of deep colored red flowers.
