This listing is for a single ASTM-F136 implant grade titanium push-pin flat back stud.Post measures 1/4" (6mm) in length. 18 GA Opal is approx. 2mm in diameter and is secured in place with prongs. Prongs may snag hair/clothing. Please be careful while wearing these! (Note that it is the smaller opal on the model in the photo.
