**Seconds** These candles have minor cosmetic blemishes: for example, markings on the glass or a slightly oblong shape. They come in a kraft CORDA box, but will not have the white outer sleeve with the candle name, scent notes, and story behind the inspiration.    These humble scents of cypress, stone, and earth are inspired by St. Francis of Assisi. Nuanced with notes of moss, water, minerals, and patchouli. Behind the InspirationThis “little poor man,” as Francis called himself, joyfully gave up all he had to follow Christ, embracing a life of radical poverty. Cypress calls to mind the area around Assisi where he roamed, begging for stones to rebuild God’s church and preaching the peace of the Gospel, while earth recalls his humility and love of creation.
