Jane party hat

**Currently made to order, hand made as ordered. Say hello to our party hat headbands! Stylish and comfortable, they are attached to a soft nylon elastic and meant to be worn around the back of the head, behind the ears, not as a typical party hat! Comfortable and cute!  Made from a super lux chunky glitter, it’s amazing.  Two layers of tulle ruffled for a sweet flair, soft fit! Hand-stitched pom, made from a few dozen layers of tulle.  5 inches tall, 3 inches wide.
