cherry party hat

**Currently hand made as ordered. Say hello to our party hat headbands! Stylish and comfortable, they are attached to a soft nylon elastic and meant to be worn around the back of the head, behind the ears, not as a typical party hat! Comfortable and cute!  soft tulle and structured hat. Individually hand made flowers are placed below a pink hand tied bow.  Hand beaded cherries under a soft full pom. TOO CUTE! NEW size 4 inches tall, 2.5 inches wide.
