APW Stout Cask Grain & Malt

All Points West Stout Cask Malt and Grain is 56% pot still grain whiskey, aged for 16 months in used malt cooperage, followed by 12 months in Brix City Russian Imperial Stout cooperage. It is then vatted with 28-month malt whiskey aged in new cooperage. The combined grain bill is 30% malt (the minimum for an Irish Pot Still Whiskey), 60% Corn and 10% Wheat. We are loving this for its smoothness, as well as its chocolatey notes, undoubtedly a result of the time in the stout barrel.Distilled and bottled right here in Newark. Think local, drink local!
