rosewater, raspberry, & lychee - floral, fruity, and romantic! In Singapore, a popular dessert flavor I kept seeing was "Ispahan", which is named after a city in central Iran. Ispahan combined the flavors of lychee, rose, and raspberry, which sounds like a surprising combination, but the lychee, fruity and floral, created a central meeting point between heady rose water and bright, jammy raspberry.
