This charming Advent calendar stands on its own. Tucked inside the huge Christmas trees is a heavenly gate above and a quiet snowy village below. Lots of silver glitter in this mid 20th century design. Made in Germany by the Korsch Verlag Company; they began making Advent Calendars in Munich in 1951. 10 1/2" tall x 10" wide when flat; expands when open to a three-dimensional 10 1/2" tall x 13" wide by 3" deep.
