The UT260-102 from Altinex is a 4 input multi-format auto switcher, with HDMI out. The switcher has the following inputs; 2 HDMI, 1 VGA, and 1 DisplayPort.  It combines all those inputs to one HDMI output. The included mounting brackets allow for quick installation under any table, the switcher is only 7.48" x 4.06" x 1.14" in size.
