Aftermarket turbos can get very hot and sometimes they will melt the materials around them. The easiest solution for preventing that scenario from happening is by using a turbo blanket to reduce under hood temperatures. This drastically reduces underhood temperatures. These blankets will fit T4 style turbo to as large as 88mm PTE.
