This is a 8-week Booty Program that is designed to target your glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves. We highly recommend completing Part 1 of the 2 Scoops program prior to starting Part 2.The majority of exercises will be glute focused, but the goal is to build a well-rounded and balanced lower body. The program is set up for 2 training days per week and can be used with your current training schedule.
