Chagrin Valley Soap & Salve Shampoo Bar: Butter Bar Conditioner - Full Bar 5.6 oz

While our Butter Bar Conditioner is technically a shampoo bar, it is VERY different from our other "shampoo" bars. The bar was formulated to be a cross between a lotion bar and a regular shampoo bar. It is not as rich as an oil-based conditioner but is richer than our typical shampoo bars.  Some of our customers with very dry, damaged, or coarse hair love it as a deep conditioning all-over shampoo bar. However, with double the extra oils and butters of our regular shampoo bars, this super moisturizing bar may be too "heavy" to use as a regular shampoo for those with normal to dry hair.  Many customers use this bar as an after shampoo conditioner by applying it to the driest areas of the hair strand, like on the ends where extra moisturizing is needed, to help with flyaways and frizzies and to leave dry limp hair fuller and softer.  This natural bar is enriched with organic cocoa, shea, and mango butters which are protective emollients that penetrate deep to provide nourishment for the
