As the name implies, a chipbreaker bit is designed to better reduce chip size, particularly when machining plywood to facilitate easy chip evacuation into the dust collector. Tools are RH rotation. Counterclockwise rotation and custom sizes are available on request. Provides clean cut on the top surface. Refer to our chipload calculator for correct feed speeds.
