TORR Hive Brew 700Automatic Commercial Cold Brew System   The HIVE BREW™ 700 has 7 nested cells and the operation is automated. It has a single water inlet for customer supplied water under pressure. Water level in each dispersion plate is automatically controlled with an electronic level sensor.  A single brew collection tank is mounted under the cells with a level sensor and and a sanitary pump to automatically transfer the concentrate to a remote bulk tank provided by others.  An Allen Bradley PLC and touch screen controls the automatic brew cycle and clean in place routines. Typical production is 14 gallons of concentrate at 10 Brix every brew. Brew time is 25 to 35 minutes. The concentrate can be cut with water to produce 700 gallons of 2 Brix RTD in a shift. If you purchase 7 additional cells, these extra cells can be used to dump spent grounds, rinse, and prepare the cells during the brew so you can get back to brewing in less than 5 minutes.
