Used Rotary K-Cup Filling and Sealing Machine - 25 cpm Eastsign Model RCC-1-1500 Demo Unit Another tradeshow demo unit used by its manufacturer, Eastsign, ready for sale. Manufacture physically checked out for full functionality within the last 3 months here in the USA at our facility. This machine is the rotary version of the DCC-1-1500 line machine. Recently updated to the RCCD-1-2000 model. It has an auger filling controlled Schneider servo motor with hopper agitator to keep the grounds moving through to the cup. Hopper is filled by integrated vacuum system. These units are known for accurate filling, +/- 1.5%. It's set up for nitrogen flushing under the plexiglass cup filling line. Just add nitrogen. :) Uses heat sealing with pre-cut aluminum foil lids.  Air compressor required, NOT INCLUDED. Required air is oil-free 30cfm, 90 psi, 60 gallon reserve tank minimum.
