This is a 1958 machine that went through a complete refurb in 2015 - a typical next step for original UG Probat machines. Check the picts out on this one. All the UG series machine treats including the highly acclaimed "flavor wheel" up top. OPTION: This equipment set has a fresh Selkirk TO-3 WG30 afterburner as an option (additional $18,000). Will include the double-walled insulated chimney as part of the package. Has been modified with roast logging connectivity and digital read outs on temps. Covid unfortunately shut this roastery down in 2020. Not much time on it since refurb.
