Maya Moon Custom Roast - Honduras Finca Las Marias This Honduras direct trade offering is from our friend Juan Urquia. Having tasted some great lots from him before, we knew we were getting a great classic coffee. Roasted just a bit darker than our usual roast levels, this coffee has big dark chocolate notes, with hints of that campfire smokiness that makes a nice dark roast hit that nostalgic comfort food category. ($13.00 per pound) Wholesale orders are currently pick-up only unless other arrangements have been made.  Order will be ready the TUESDAY after you order (we'll roast your order on the next Monday and have it ready for pickup Tuesday first thing).
