It's the decaf version of our popular Altiplano blend, that we keep in stock most of the year. Like Altiplano, this blend is put together with balance in mind, choosing coffees that are fresh, offer sweetness and moderate acidity, and are capable of dense chocolate roast flavors when roasted dark.
