
SCA BREWING INTERMEDIATE
This course, Brewing Intermediate, lasts 3 days, and offers significant practical training working with and manipulating the different variables that have an impact on coffee extraction. Students will gain a thorough understanding of the Coffee Brewing Control Chart, learn how to navigate it's parameters, all the while examining correlation to cup quality. Learners will take the SCA Brewing Intermediate practical exam. They must then complete a written exam online. By completing the course work and passing the exams, students will earn SCA Brewing Intermediate Certificate. Once you have booked and your payment is confirmed, we will begin the process of preparing your class.
