The premium silicone nozzle is inserted along with the first balloon. Both balloons are then inflated creating an internal feeling of in.fullnessin. and an external seal. Once the seal is created, liquid is filled inside of the anus via a Bag System or the CleanStream In-Line Accelerator. Entire piece is approximately 22 in. long.
